The Belkin B2B137 Universal HDMI to VGA Adapter with Audio is a one-way adapter that only transfers signal from HDMI to VGA.  This allows you to stream and present video and audio content from any HDMI device, such as Chromecast™ or Apple TV®, to any VGA device.

Yes, the Belkin B2B137 Universal HDMI to VGA Adapter with Audio supports any HDMI device, VGA device, Apple TV 4th Generation and televisions.  For Apple TV 4th Generation, a USB-to-Micro USB cable may be used to power the B2B137.

4.  Does the Belkin B2B137 Universal HDMI to VGA Adapter with Audio come with an audio cable?
 
Yes, the B2B137 comes with an audio cable that you can use to connect speakers since VGA does not carry audio signals.  

5.  Does the Belkin B2B137 Universal HDMI to VGA Adapter with Audio come with a power adapter?
 
No.  A power adapter is only needed if you are using low-power HDMI devices and the proper video output on the VGA device is not being seen. The adapter has a Micro-USB power input. If after checking the video settings, you still don’t see the correct resolution, you will need to use a Micro-USB cable and USB wall charger with at least 500 mA minimum output.
 
NOTE:  The Micro-USB cable and USB wall charger are not included in the package.

If you are not seeing the correct output resolution on the screen, you may be using a low-power HDMI device, such as a MacBook Pro® or an Amazon Fire TV stick.  You may need to provide additional power to the HDMI adapter by using a Micro-USB cable to a USB wall charger with at least 500 mA minimum output.  You may also need to manually set the same Refresh Rate and Resolution settings on your Source and VGA devices.
