Signing Up


1. How do I sign up for the Belkin Rewards program?

Signing up is easy!

 
1. If you already have an account on Belkin.com, you’re already enrolled in Belkin Rewards! Log in, kick back, and start earning points!

2. If you don’t have a Belkin.com account, now’s the time to open one and gain access to Belkin Rewards! Simply create your account on
Belkin.com and enter your name, phone number, email address, and create a password.

Either way, it’s free to join and you will automatically be signed up to receive occasional Belkin Rewards emails with insider access to members-only sales, promotions, and benefits.

2. What are the advantages of becoming a Belkin Rewards member?

Our Belkin Rewards program allows members to earn more perks for engaging with us on Belkin.com. Members receive reward points for each purchase, which can then be redeemed towards the cost of future purchases. 

Rewards = Belkin Rewards is a points-based program where members will earn points for:
 
  • Making purchases on Belkin.com
  • Leaving reviews on Belkin.com
  • Registering a product on Belkin.com
  • Having a birthday
  • Having a Belkin Rewards Anniversary
  • Following Belkin on social media (Facebook and Instagram)

In addition to earning points, members have the chance to earn double points, free shipping, exclusive access to sales, product sneak peeks, promotions, giveaways, and more. Perks will be added all the time, so be sure to visit our rewards page and be ready.

Belkin.com Account

1. I already have a Belkin.com account. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?

No — if you have a Belkin.com account, we took care of signing you up for Belkin Rewards! If you have had more than one Belkin.com account with us, please note that one rewards account was created per email address.


2. What if I have an old email address or multiple email addresses and want to combine my accounts and earnings?

Contact customer service by submitting a request to
Belkin Rewards Inquiry and our team will be happy to assist you with merging your accounts.

3. Where can I find all of my rewards account info?

The
www.belkin.com/belkin-rewards.html page is your roadmap to program points and perks. You can access all your info by logging in and visiting your Belkin.com account page here: https://www.belkin.com/login/.

4. Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my Belkin.com account?

You will only receive points for logged-in purchases made after May 1, 2023. Make sure to create an account and log in before placing an order so you can receive points! If you have an account but checked out as a guest, contact us at
Belkin Rewards Inquiry and we can help.

5. Will I receive points for Belkin purchases I made at stores and sites other than Belkin.com?

No. You will only receive points for purchases made on Belkin.com when you are logged in.


6. Does it cost anything to begin earning points?

Absolutely not! Signing up is 100% free, and it will never cost you anything to earn points.


Earning and Redeeming

1. How do I redeem my points?

Exchanging your points for great rewards couldn't be easier! Simply visit
www.belkin.com/belkin-rewards.html to view all of our great reward options and click the Redeem button to redeem your chosen reward. Or even better, there’s a drop-down on the cart checkout page that reflects the points you can apply to your purchase.

2. How do points convert to dollars?

100 points always = $1. For example, you will earn 1 point for every dollar you spend. So, if you spend $150, you'll earn 150 points = $1.50.
  
3. What are the easy ways to earn points?

For starters, every member gets points just for having or creating a Belkin.com account. Aside from earning points through purchases on Belkin.com, you can add your birthday to your account to earn points, leave a product review on Belkin.com, or like us on Facebook. Access all the ways to earn under How to Earn on the rewards page at
www.belkin.com/belkin-rewards.html.

4. Can I still check out as a guest on Belkin.com to earn? Redeem points?

Yes! As long as you are logged into your Belkin.com account at the time you check out, you can still choose to check out as a guest.


5. What if the product is on sale, or I will apply a promo code at checkout?

Points are earned on the total purchase amount at the time of order. So the points earned will match the price — minus any discount or promo code.


6. Do I need to have a minimum purchase to apply points?

Yes — you must have a minimum balance of at least 100 points each time you would like to make a redemption, and points must be redeemed in increments of 50 ($.50).


7. Can I apply my points to sales tax and shipping?

No — points can only be applied toward the purchase price of the products themselves.


8. Does Belkin Rewards have tiers (like silver and gold)?

Keep your eyes open — tiers for earning points will launch soon!


Program Limitations

1. Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?

Nope! That’s the best part about being a Belkin Rewards member! You will always have an opportunity to earn more points by shopping with us, engaging with our website, and through seasonal sales.


Points Expiration

1. Do my points expire?

Yes. Points will expire after 1 year of inactivity (defined as 1 year of no purchases or points-earning interactions like leaving a review, registering a product, or following Belkin on social…your birthday and anniversary dates won’t re-activate your points.)


Returns

1. Can I return my order if I redeemed rewards points for a discount?

Yes. If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back to your rewards account. Partial returns will not net points return to your balance.


2. I earned points with my last purchase, but now I want to return it. What will happen to my reward?

If you use your rewards towards a purchase and later decide to return that item, your rewards will be credited back to your rewards account. For example, if you use $10 in rewards points towards a $100 purchase that you decide to return, the $90 balance will be refunded to your credit card and the points reward credit will be deposited back into your rewards account.


Troubleshooting

1. Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?

Double-check if you were signed into your rewards account and didn’t accidentally check out as a guest. You must be logged in when making purchases to earn points. If you have done this in error, contact us at 
https://webforms.belkin.com/form-6442957/ to help apply your points to your account. You also won’t receive points if you return your purchase, or if your purchase is canceled for any reason. Please note that any points you earn on a purchase you later return will be deducted from your point balance.

2. I should have earned points for a purchase/incentive but I didn’t see my account balance change. Did I get credit?

Yes! You work hard to earn points and we want you to feel confident that all of your points are right where they should be... in your account! The first thing to note is that there may be a delay in our systems communication and points could take anywhere from minutes to several hours to appear in your account. However, if you feel like you have earned points, but they are not showing up in your account you can also troubleshoot it with these tricks:

1. Try to refresh your browser.
2. Try to log out and then back into your account.
3. Check your Rewards history in your Rewards account to see if the points were added without you realizing it. Your Rewards history will show you the number of points earned, how and when they were earned, as well as any redemptions of points made on your account.

If you still feel like your points balance is not accurate you can contact us at Belkin Rewards Inquiry, and we will look into the issue for you.

3. I received an error message when referring friends through the email referral box. What went wrong?

We are sorry to hear that. There are a couple of scenarios that could have triggered the error message.

The first possible scenario is that there was a mistype in one of the email addresses that you entered, or you forgot to put commas between multiple emails to separate them.

To eliminate confusion over what occurred, we recommend that you go back and enter each email address one at a time, clicking send after each one rather than uploading them all at once.

If you are still having problems using the email referrals, we recommend using your unique referral link or sharing the referral through Facebook, Twitter, or Messenger to receive credit. Please contact us at

4. I’ve referred several friends but haven’t received any points for it. Is there something else I need to do?

Thank you so much for sharing us with your friends! We really appreciate it.

Referred friends must be first-time Belkin.com customers in order for both of you to receive the referral rewards. In addition, the referral must be initiated through our rewards referral box on your personal rewards page or through the use of your unique referral link also found there. 

Points will be added to your account as soon as your friend completes their first purchase on our website.

When this happens, you will receive an email letting you know that one of your referrals made a purchase using your code and that a reward was added to your account. You can also check your Rewards History to see a list of any points that you have received for referrals.


Birthday Reward

1. How can I get a birthday reward?

Add your birthday under Ways to earn points at
www.belkin.com/belkin-rewards.html. Then on your birthday, your account will automatically be credited 100 points in celebration of your day.

*Your birthday points are non-transferable and may not be sold or assigned to anyone else. If we feel someone is trying to manipulate the program, we reserve the right to terminate your account at our discretion.


2. I signed up for the Birthday Bonus but I didn’t receive it.

Happy Birthday! We’re so glad that you have chosen to celebrate with us through our rewards program. In order for you to receive your birthday bonus on your birthday, you must register your birthday at least 30 days prior to your birthday.

If your birthday falls between the day that you registered and the 30-day waiting period afterward, you will receive your birthday bonus 30 days after your registration. This delay is only applicable for the first year that you signed up.

All successive birthday bonuses will be emailed to you on your birthday. If you register your birthday through your rewards account any time after it has passed in the current calendar year, rewards will not be added to your account until the day of your birthday in the following year.

Remember, the birthday reward is determined by the Rewards member tier that you are part of on the date of your birthday. If it has been more than 30 days since you registered for your birthday reward and you still have not received the additional points in your account, please contact us at

Checkout

1. How do I redeem my rewards at checkout?

To redeem your points in checkout, use the dropdown directly above your cart total to choose the amount you would like to apply, then click the APPLY button.


2. How do I redeem my reward points?

Rewards points can be redeemed during the checkout process. Before checking out, ensure that you are signed into your account.

Once you get to the checkout screen you will see your total available Rewards points in a dropdown on the top left of the page. To use your rewards, choose the points available to apply the number of points you would like to redeem on the order you are placing, then continue with the checkout process. To redeem all available Rewards, choose the largest value in your dropdown.

You must have a minimum balance of at least 100+ points each time you would like to make a redemption, and points must be redeemed in increments of 50 ($.50).
