How to Set Up Your Belkin Connect Universal 16-Port Triple Display USB-C Dock (INC026/INC029)

The Belkin Connect Universal 16-Port Triple Display USB-C Dock (INC026/INC029) lets you connect displays, USB devices, wired internet, audio accessories, and power through a single USB-C connection. 

This guide will walk you through the setup process and help you get the best experience from your dock. 

 

Before You Begin 

Make sure you have the following: 

  • Belkin Connect Universal 16-Port Triple Display USB-C Dock 100W (INC026) 

  • Included 150W power adapter 

  • Included USB-C to USB-C cable 

  • Compatible USB-C or Thunderbolt™ laptop 

  • External monitor(s), if needed 

  • Internet connection for DisplayLink driver installation 

 

Important 

For the best multi-display experience, install the latest DisplayLink drivers before connecting external monitors.

DisplayLink drivers may be required depending on your operating system and device configuration. 

Step 1: Connect the Power Supply 

  1. Connect the included power adapter to the DC-IN port on the back of the dock. 

  1. Plug the power adapter into a working power outlet. 

The LED indicator on the dock should turn on. 

 

Step 2: Connect Your Laptop 

  1. Use the included USB-C cable. 

  1. Connect one end to the USB-C host port on the dock. 

  1. Connect the other end to a USB-C or Thunderbolt port on your laptop. 

Your laptop should begin charging automatically. 

Note: The INC026 supports up to 100W Power Delivery for compatible laptops. 

 

Step 3: Install DisplayLink Drivers 

For the best multi-display experience, install the latest DisplayLink drivers before connecting external monitors.

Note: Some macOS devices may require additional permissions for external displays. 

 

Step 4: Connect External Monitors 

  1. Connect your monitor(s) to the HDMI or DisplayPort connections on the back of the dock. 

  1. Turn on the connected monitor(s). 

  1. Select the correct input source on each monitor if needed. 

The dock supports: 

  • Single display: Up to 4K at 60Hz 

  • Dual displays: Up to 4K at 60Hz each 

  • Triple displays: Up to 4K at 60Hz each 

Note: 
The dock supports up to three active displays at one time. Actual display support may vary depending on your computer and operating system. 

 

Step 5: Connect Accessories 

You can connect accessories such as: 

  • Keyboard 

  • Mouse 

  • USB flash drives 

  • External storage devices 

  • Headphones 

  • Microphones 

  • Ethernet cable 

Front ports 

Use the front ports for temporary or frequently used devices. 

Rear ports 

Use the rear ports for permanent connections such as monitors, Ethernet, and wired accessories. 

 

Step 6: Verify Your Setup 

Check the following: 

  • The dock LED indicator is white 

  • External monitors are detected 

  • USB devices are working 

  • Ethernet connection is active 

  • Audio devices are detected 

  • Your laptop is charging 

If needed, adjust display settings on your computer.
