How many monitors can I connect?  

The dock supports up to three active external monitors on supported systems.  

What display resolutions are supported?  

The dock supports: 

  • Single display: Up to 4K at 60Hz 

  • Dual displays: Up to 4K at 60Hz each 

  • Triple displays: Up to 4K at 60Hz each 

Actual display performance depends on your computer and display configuration. 

Can I use HDMI and DisplayPort monitors together?  Yes. The dock supports: 

  • HDMI-only setups 

  • DisplayPort-only setups 

  • Mixed HDMI and DisplayPort configuration

Why does the dock have five display ports if only three monitors are supported?  
The dock provides multiple display connection options for flexibility, but supports up to three active displays at one time. 
Do I need DisplayLink drivers?  
Some operating systems and display configurations may require DisplayLink drivers for full display functionality.

The INC026 includes a 150W power supply, while the INC029 includes a 180W power supply.

LED INDICATOR
What does the white LED mean?  A  white LED indicates the dock is powered and operating normally.
