In addition, we suggest you contact your IT department if possible. Some customers are using their personal computers instead of the government-issued computers. We’re hearing feedback from customers stating the reason they are having trouble is because they haven’t submitted the proper paperwork (white papers) to their IT department. The IT department is usually available while on-base, and we understand there may be no IT support while working from home. The IT department would be the best source of help on government-issued computers (with built-in access credentials) and personal computer use.
