How to resolve touch sensitivity issues with the Belkin Screen Protection and the Samsung Galaxy S9, S9+, Note9, Note10 and Note10+

After installing the Belkin Screen Protection for the Samsung Galaxy S9®, S9+®, Note®9, Note10 and Note10+ you may experience some touch sensitivity issues.  The Samsung Galaxy S9, S9+, Note9, Note10 and Note10+ have a feature in the settings that helps alleviate any touch sensitivity issues that you may encounter from an overlay or screen protector.  

The troubleshooting steps below will help to improve the touch sensitivity of the applied overlay.  

NOTE:  Images and steps may vary depending on the device you are using.

Step 1:
On your Galaxy S9, S9+, Note9, Note10 and Note10+, go to Settings

Step 2:
Tap Advanced features

Step 3:
At the bottom of the menu, turn ON the Touch sensitivity setting.  This will increase the touch sensitivity on your phone.
