Step 1:  
From the Home screen, tap the Settings icon.

Step 2:
On the Settings menu, tap Bluetooth.

Step 3:  
Tap the toggle switch to turn the Bluetooth ON.

Step 4:  
Press the Power button ON.
    
Step 5:  
Press and hold the Pair button.

Step 6:  
The Status light will begin flashing on the keyboard and the keyboard will then show up under Devices on your tablet.  Select Portable Keyboard Case.  

Step 7:  
Type the code that will appear on your tablet screen, then press [Enter].
