If you are having trouble controlling, pairing, or experiencing playback issues with your Belkin SOUNDFORM™ CONNECT Audio Adapter with AirPlay 2, AUZ002, rebooting the adapter might help.
NOTE: Rebooting is not the same as restoring your Belkin AUZ002. A reboot will power cycle your speaker while keeping all settings. A restore will erase all settings and return your adapter back to factory default settings.
To reboot the Belkin AUZ002 physically, unplug the USB-C® cable for 5 seconds and then plug it back in. This will cause the Belkin AUZ002 to power cycle and reboot.
IMPORTANT: The reset button on the Belkin AUZ002 is for performing a factory restore and not for rebooting.
