This guide shows you how to safely remove the power bank from your case. Follow the steps below to ensure smooth removal without forcing the power bank or damaging the stand.
Step 1: Open the Stand
Lift the built-in stand upward to expose the power bank compartment.
Step 2: Slide the Power Bank
Gently slide the power bank forward in the direction shown until it loosens from the slot.
Step 3: Lift Out the Power Bank
Lift the power bank straight up and remove it completely from the case.
Helpful Tip
If the power bank does not move easily, stop and make sure the stand is fully lifted before sliding it out.
