Belkin routers can still be installed even without the use of the Setup CD. You can set it up manually through the web-based setup page of the router. Perform the steps below to learn how:

Step 1:
Unplug the modem and router from the power source.

Connect the Ethernet cable from the modem to the WAN or Internet port of the router.
Connect the Ethernet cable from the modem to the WAN or Internet port of the router.

Step 3:
Power ON your modem first, then your router by plugging them back to the power source.

Step 1:
Connect the computer to one (1) of the Ethernet ports of the router.

Step 2:
Launch a web browser, enter the router’s IP Address in the Address bar and press [ENTER].
NOTE: The default IP Address of a Belkin router is 192.168.2.1. If you are experiencing difficulties in accessing the default IP Address, click here for more troubleshooting information.

Step 3:
Click Login.

Step 4:
Leave the Password field blank and click Submit. If you encounter issues in accessing the router’s web-based setup page, click here.

Step 5:
Under Internet WAN, click Connection Type.

Step 6:
Select your Connection Type and click Next.

NOTE: If you don’t know your Connection Type, contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Click on the links below to know how to set up your router according to the following connection types:

PPPoE / DSL
Static IP Account
Step 7:
Enter the details provided by your ISP and click the
button.

You should now be able to connect to the Internet. To verify, the Internet Status at the upper right corner should read Connected.

You can also launch a web browser and go to your favorite website, or try visiting the Belkin Site for more information and support on your devices.
