The Belkin OmniView® SMB KVM-over-IP Switch, F1DP116G can be reset through the secure web interface on https://kvm.ip.address/config using the Restore Factory Defaults option.
If the web interface is inaccessible, do the following:
Step 1:
Switch off the KVM.
Step 2:
Press the Go Local button on the back and power it back on.
Step 3:
Keep the button pressed for another five (5) seconds and allow the KVM a minute to restart.
Step 4:
Now access the maintenance web interface on the default IP address, http://192.168.2.155/config.
NOTE: Do NOT use https this time.
Step 5:
Log in using the user name "admin" and password "SAFEmode" then select the Restore Factory Settings option.
NOTE: The password is case sensitive.
