"I can only pair one earbud to my phone or tablet."
Solution:
First check if both earbuds are charged. Â If you can still only pair one earbud to your phone or tablet, you can reset the earbuds to factory default settings. Â Follow the steps below, to learn how:

The reset can be done by pressing and holding the touch-sensitive pads on both earbuds for 10 seconds and then releasing them when the indicator lights turn OFF. Â

Step 2:
After the reset, set your earbuds to pairing mode by pressing and holding the touch-sensitive pads on each earbud for 2 seconds.Â

Step 3:
Once the earbuds are on pairing mode, turn ON the Bluetooth® on your mobile device to search for the earbuds and begin pairing. Â
