How to resolve Stage App crash issue

The Stage App is memory and processor intensive.  The App has been extensively tested on all generations of iPad® and iPad mini® running iOS version 5.0 and above.  If the App crashes, follow the suggestions below to learn how to resolve this:

Option 1:  Close the App completely and restart it.

Option 2:  Force close the App.


Step 1:
Press the home button twice.  All running Apps will then appear at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2:
Tap and hold the Stage App until it shakes and a red minus sign appears in the corner of the App icon then tap the minus sign to close the App.

Step 3:
Restart the Stage App.

 

Option 3:  Uninstall and reinstall Stage App.
 

Step 1:

In the Home screen, tap and hold the Stage App icon until it shakes and a black Image appears in the corner of the App icon.

Step 2:
Tap the X icon.

Step 3:
Download the App again from the App StoreSM then reinstall.


If the App continuously crashes, we would like to know.  Please contact us and provide the following details:
 

  • Which version of iPad® are you using?
  • Which version of iOS is installed? 
  • What is the last action you took before experiencing the crash?
  • Does the device continue to crash after restarting it?
