How to Use the Power Button and Charging Ports of the Charging Case Pro for Nintendo Switch 2 (ENA003)

This guide explains how to control power and charge your devices using the built-in power button and USBC ports on the case. 

 

Turn Power On or Off Using the Power Button 

 

  • Press and hold the power button for 1 second to turn the power bank on and start charging. 

  • Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn the power bank off for travel or storage. 

 

Charge the Power Bank (Input) 

 

  1. Connect a USBC cable to the input port on the case. 

  1. Plug the other end into a USBC charger rated 30W or higher. 

  1. The power bank will begin charging. 

 

Charge Your Device (Output) 

 

  1. Make sure the power bank is turned on. 

  1. Connect your device or ensure the Nintendo Switch™ 2 is properly seated. 

  1. The power bank supplies up to 30W of power to charge your device. 

 

Helpful Tips 

  • Use a 30W or higher charger for best charging performance. 

  • If charging does not start, check that the power bank is turned on. 

  • Output power is capped at 30W to ensure safe charging.
