TROUBLESHOOTING
 
1.  What do I do if I have trouble pairing my Belkin F5L179?


If you are having trouble pairing the
Belkin F5L179, start by clearing all Slim Style Keyboards from the tablet’s Bluetooth memory slots.  To do this, follow these steps:
 
Step 1:
Select the device and select Forget This Device or Unpair.  

Step 2:
Turn the tablet’s Bluetooth setting OFF.  

Step 3:
Clear all memory slots on the keyboard by holding the four corner keys (Home Key, ctrl, Delete, Right arrow) for 5 seconds.  You will know that you’ve done this correctly when you see the light quickly flash between red and blue.  At this point, the keyboard will reboot, then afterwards, the keyboard will enter into pairing mode.

Turn the tablet’s Bluetooth ON and attempt to pair again.  For pairing instructions, click

Step 1:
Go to Settings.
 
Step 2:
Tap on Bluetooth.
 
Step 3:
Under My Devices, tap the name of the keyboard device.
 
Step 4:
If your device shows that your keyboard is Not Connected, tap the User-added image icon.

Step 5:
Tap Forget This Device, then OK to confirm.
