1.  What is the Belkin Pocket Power 5K/10K/15K?

The Belkin Pocket Power 5K/10K/15K are portable battery packs with different capacity for all users that may need to charge their electronic devices such as smartphones, tablets, cameras and more while on the go.  These are compatible with most mobile devices whether it’s a Samsung®, Google™, iPhone®, or iPad®.  To learn more about this product, click here.

2.  Does this support fast charging?
 
Yes, however, the speed of the charging will vary depending on the charging needs of the device.

3.  How long does the Belkin Pocket Power 5K/10K/15K hold its charge if it is not being used?
 
The battery pack features an auto-sleep mode to prevent unnecessary power loss and improve the time it can hold its charge.  At full capacity, we have tested that the charge will not diminish more than half after a year’s time.  

NOTE:  It is recommended to store the device between 50 to 75 percent charge level.

4.  Do I need an adapter to charge the Belkin Pocket Power 5K/10K/15K?
 
You would need an adapter or power source with a USB-A port to charge this power pack.

Belkin F7U019 and F7U020 are available in silver, black and rose gold.  The Belkin F7U021, on the other hand, is available in black only.
 
17.  What do the lights on the device mean?
 
The lights indicate the remaining charge in the battery pack.  
  • Four lights = 100 percent
  • Three lights = 75 percent
  • Two lights = 50 percent
  • One light = 25 percent

1.  How do I know if my Belkin Pocket Power 5K/10K/15K is fully charged?
 
All four light indicators will light up.

2.  Does the Belkin Pocket Power 5K/10K/15K support pass-through charging?
 
No.

3.  Is the Belkin Pocket Power 5K/10K/15K an intelligent charger (stops from overcharging)?
 
The product has several safety features and has been tested under several fault conditions.  It is an intelligent charger that has overcharging protection.

4.  Can the Belkin Pocket Power 5K/10K/15K charge a laptop (using USB-C to USB-A cord)?
 
No, this is not recommended.
 
5.  Is there a minimum power draw requirement?
 
The product has been designed and tested to support charging of various consumer electronic devices that may have different minimum requirements.  There may be a special case where the consumer electronic charges below the minimum draw requirement, thus, causing the battery pack to go into auto-sleep before full charging is complete.  

NOTE:  The battery pack has an extended auto-sleep threshold so that it stays ON longer to support a device.  
 
6.  Are the Watt hours (Wh) listed on the battery?
 
Yes.

The Belkin F7U019 (5K) only has one USB-A port for charging devices.  The Belkin F7U020 (10K) and F7U021 (15K) have two USB-A ports for charging devices.
 
11.  Are the batteries inside replaceable?

Yes.

No, both ports provide the same Amperes shared between them.

TROUBLESHOOTING

1.  Are there any limitations when taking the Belkin Pocket Power 5K/10K/15K on an airplane?

We suggest checking with the airline carrier and airport prior to departure as regulations do change.  Please note that Belkin products are properly marked to communicate the necessary details.  Furthermore, the smaller capacity battery packs tend to have less restrictions.
 
2.  Can I use my device while it is charging with the Belkin Pocket Power 5K/10K/15K?
 
Yes.
 
3.  How many times can I fully charge my device (phone, tablet, etc.) if the Belkin Pocket Power 5K/10K/15K is fully charged?
 
It depends on the battery capacity of your device.  Typically, smartphones can be charged 1.5 times with the Belkin F7U019, three times with the Belkin F7U020, and five times with the Belkin F7U021.
 
4.  How long does it take to charge the Belkin Pocket Power 5K/10K/15K from empty to full with the cable that comes with it?
 
Depending on the capacity of the battery and type of charger, it can take up to two hours plus to charge the pack from empty to full.

5.  How many times can the Belkin Pocket Power 5K/10K/15K be charged before it starts to lose capacity?
 
The battery is designed to support industry standard 300-500 cycles before any significant capacity loss.
