Preparing images on your iPad® to use as a background on the Belkin Stage™ app

The Belkin Stage™ app combines the convenience of a document camera with the power of an interactive whiteboard.  Use your iPad® to sketch over live video of objects, student work, and other projects real-time.  You can prepare screens ahead of time and pull them up during your presentation.
 
This article will guide you on how to prepare the images or screenshots you took to be used as a background on the Belkin Stage app. 
 
NOTE:  If the images below are different from what you see in your Belkin Stage app, it is recommended to update to its latest version.

 
Step 1:
Tap the User-added image app.

Step 2:
Tap the User-added image camera icon.
 
NOTE:  You will then see the message A snapshot was saved to the Photo Library at the bottom of the screen.

NOTE:  You can take pictures using your iPad’s Photos feature.  The same images will show up in the Camera Roll.

Step 3:
Tap the User-added image Photos icon on the left Integrated Toolbar.

Step 4:
Tap Camera Roll.

Step 5:
Tap the image you captured or the photo that you want to set as a background.

You should now have prepared the images to use as a background on your Belkin Stage app.
 
NOTE:  You can rotate or zoom in and out the background you selected.

QUICK TIP:  If you want full-screen background images, take advantage of the Belkin Stage Pro app.  It is a premium Belkin Stage app version with all in-app purchase components such as the Backgrounds feature unlocked.
