What is the Belkin Connect Thunderbolt™ 5 Dock (INC031)? The Belkin Connect Thunderbolt™ 5 Dock (INC031) is a 14port Thunderbolt 5 docking station that expands power, display, data, Ethernet, and audio through a single Thunderbolt 5 connection. It supports up to 140W Power Delivery, tripledisplay setups, and ultrafast bandwidth up to 120Gbps.  
What is the warranty of the dock? The dock has a 3-year limited warranty. 
Does the dock come with a Connected Equipment Warranty (CEW)? No.
Is this dock compatible with Thunderbolt™ 3 devices or other operating systems? 

No, this dock is not compatible with Thunderbolt™ 3 laptops or monitors, including Windows PCs and Intel-based MacBooks. It also does not support ChromeOS or Linux systems.  

What's in the box?

The package includes the following:

HARDWARE INFORMATION
What kind of power supply does the dock use? 

The dock uses a bundled 180W external power supply, which enables: 

  • Up to 140W Power Delivery to the host laptop 

  • Power for connected peripherals simultaneously. 

Does the dock support VESA mounting?  

Yes. The dock supports VESA mounting using two M3 screws (not included), allowing it to be mounted behind a monitor or under a desk. 

What Ethernet speed does the dock support?  
The dock includes a 2.5Gb Ethernet (RJ45) port for faster and more reliable, wired networking compared to standard Gigabit Ethernet.  
COMPATIBILITY

What  compatible devices will this dock work with? 

The Belkin Connect Thunderbolt 5 Dock (INC031) is compatible with USB-C enabled devices such as laptops, tablets, smartphones, and Thunderbolt™5 and Thunderbolt™4 ports. 

FUNCTIONALITY
How do I connect the dock to my laptop?
  • Connect the 180W power supply to the dock. 

  • Plug the Thunderbolt 5 cable into the dock’s upstream Thunderbolt port. 

  • Connect the other end of the cable to your laptop’s Thunderbolt or USBC port. 

  • Connect your displays and accessories to the dock. 

The dock powers on automatically once connected. 

 How many displays can I connect, and at what resolution?   Display support depends on your host device: 
  • Up to three 4K displays at 144Hz 

  • Up to two 8K displays at 60Hz 

  • Single display up to 8K (hostdependent). 

Why does display behavior differ between Mac and Windows?  
  •  Windows supports full MST extended multi‑display modes. 
  • macOS may limit external displays to mirror mode or fewer extended displays depending on the Mac chipset (Apple platform limitations apply). 

Can the dock charge devices even when my laptop is asleep or disconnected?  
Yes. The dock supports offline charging, allowing USBC and USBA ports to continue charging accessories even when the host device is asleep or not connected.  
Can I daisychain additional Thunderbolt devices?  
Yes. You can daisychain up to six Thunderbolt devices through the dock’s Thunderbolt ports, depending on bandwidth usage and device requirements.  
Does the dock automatically power on and off?  
  • The dock powers on automatically when connected to power. 

  • The power button can be used to disable dock operation if needed. 

  • The LED indicator shows power and connection status.
