HARDWARE INFORMATION
How many devices can the charger power at once, and what kinds of ports does it offer?

It can charge up to three devices simultaneously — via 2 USB-C ports and 1 USB-A port.

Does it support fast charging, and is it powerful enough for a laptop?

Yes — it supports USB-C Power Delivery (PD) 3.1 and PPS, and can deliver up to 100 W total output. That is enough to fast-charge power-hungry devices (like laptops).

In fact, on a single USB-C port it can deliver enough power that, in Belkin’s own tests, a high-capacity laptop can be charged from 0–50% in ~31 minutes.

What happens when you charge multiple devices at the same time — does power get shared?
Yes — when more than one device is plugged in, the total power is shared among ports. For example, when all three ports are used simultaneously the wattage per port will be lower than the maximum 100 W.

FUNCTIONALITY
What kinds of devices can I charge using this charger — can I charge multiple different devices at once?  Yes. This charger has 2 USB-C ports and 1 USB-A port, so you can charge or power up to three devices simultaneously.

Typical devices include laptops, tablets, smartphones, and other USB-powered gadgets.

Does it support fast charging, and is it powerful enough to charge a laptop?  Yes — it uses USB-C Power Delivery (PD 3.1) and PPS (Programmable Power Supply) for fast and optimized charging.

With a single device connected, it can deliver up to 100 W total power output, which is sufficient to quickly charge many laptops, including high-power ones. For instance, according to the manufacturer, it can charge a 16″ laptop from 0→50% in about 31 minutes (when conditions are right).

How does the charger behave when multiple ports/devices are used at the same time (power distribution)?

When more than one device is connected, the charger adjusts the output so each port delivers its maximum rated power rather than 100 W on every port. If three ports are in use, the distribution changes to up to 60 W on the top USB-C port, up to 22 W on the middle USB-C port, and up to 18 W on the USB-A port.

This means you can charge a laptop, phone, and accessory at the same time — but the laptop may draw less than 100 W depending on what else is plugged in.
