Resetting the Wemo® Smart LED Bulb, F7C033 through the Wemo App

Resetting the Wemo® Smart LED Bulb, F7C033 might be necessary if you encounter errors while using or setting it up.  This article will guide you on how to properly perform the reset using the Wemo App.  To do this, follow the steps below:

Step 1:  Open the Wemo App.

Step 2:  Tap the pencil icon.

Step 3:  Tap the arrow next to the lightbulb you want to reset.

NOTE:  In this scenario, the Smart LED Bulb's name is Lightbulb 1.

Step 4:  Tap Reset Options.

Step 5:  Select from three options on the Reset Device page.  You can choose from Clear Product Info, Reset Wi-Fi or Erase All Content and Settings.

  • Clear Product Info – This will only reset the personalized device Name, Icon and Rules.
  • Reset Wi-Fi – This will reset the Wi-Fi settings of the device back to its factory defaults.  
  • Erase All Content and Settings – This will restore all the settings of the lightbulb to the factory defaults.

Step 6:  Tap OK to confirm the reset.

You should now have successfully reset your Smart LED Bulb using the Wemo App.
