No sound coming out from HD Bluetooth® music receiver

The HD Bluetooth® music receiver is a high definition device that uses Bluetooth® technology to play your music collection remotely and wirelessly.  However, you might experience times when no sound will come out from your HD Bluetooth® music receiver.  Here are a few fixes that could solve the problem.

  • Check the power supply of the HD Bluetooth® music receiver and make sure it is powered.
  • Check the audio cable is correctly and firmly connected to the HD Bluetooth Music Receiver.
  • One of the two supplied audio cables should be correctly and firmly connected to the receiver and the stereo.
  • Check if your audio system is powered and turned to the proper input.
  • Confirm the stereo volume is set to a comfortable listening level.
  • Verify you are within range of the receiver, and that your smart device is connected via Bluetooth® technology with the receiver.

QUICK TIP:  Your HD Bluetooth® music receiver has a range of 30 feet; this range can be further reduced by other furniture or devices that obstruct the signal.  Beyond this range, your device will be disconnected.  Learn more about the device by checking the HD Bluetooth music receiver user guide.
