Why can't the Belkin SOUNDFORM app find the speaker

If you are receiving an error message that the Belkin SOUNDFORM™ app can’t locate a speaker, there are a few items that you can check and troubleshooting steps you can perform.
 
Items to check:
 
  • Ensure that your smartphone or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi as the speaker
  • Ensure that the speaker is powered ON and connected to a Wi-Fi
  • If you have not set up a speaker yet, tap Add Device on the app

Troubleshooting to try:
 
  • Reboot the speaker
  • Close and reopen the Belkin SOUNDFORM app
  • Disconnect and reconnect your smartphone or tablet from the Wi-Fi
  • Reboot your smartphone or tablet
