BluetoothThis button controls the Bluetooth functionality of the speaker.  Holding down the button for 3 seconds will put the speaker into pairing mode.
Volume downTapping this button will lower the volume level of the speaker.  The volume level is indicated by the status lights on the front of the speaker.

Microphone
 
This button controls the built-in microphones used for Amazon Alexa and phone call functionality.  When the microphone is turned OFF, the status lights on the front of the speaker will light red and the Alexa voice command functionality will not be available.

To unmute the microphones simply tap the button.  Once unmuted, the red status lights on the front of the unit will turn OFF.
ResetThis button is located at the bottom of the Belkin SOUNDFORM ELITE G1S0002.  This button is used to restore the speaker to its default settings.

During the initial setup, the speaker will check online to see if there is a newer version of the firmware available.  After it has been set up, it will check for firmware updates automatically and attempt to apply them between 2 AM and 5 AM each day as long as the speaker is plugged in and connected to the internet.  Firmware updates can be applied outside of these hours when available by using the Belkin SOUNDFORM app.  When an update is available, the app will ask if you would like to update or not.

27.  How do I connect the speaker to a different Wi-Fi network?

If you need to connect the speaker to a new Wi-Fi or change the Wi-Fi password, you will need to restore the speaker and set it up again.  You can do this by either using the Belkin SOUNDFORM app or by the reset button on the bottom of the speaker.

28.  Do I need to be connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the speaker to use the Belkin SOUNDFORM app?

Yes.  If you are not connected to the Wi-Fi network that the speaker is on, you will not be able to use the Belkin SOUNDFORM app to control the speaker.

After the speaker has been linked with your Spotify account, you will be able to control your speaker using Spotify Connect regardless of the network that you are connected to.
