We have had reports of problems with the F5D8636 modem-router connecting to Karoo, the Internet Service Provider in Hull in the UK. The problem is that line synchronization does not take place, indicated by the ADSL LED that does not go steady blue.
The firmware below has solved the problem in the instances that we know of. It is the same firmware as the released version 1.00.03, there is just a slight change to the ADSL driver. We advise you to install the firmware only if you need to connect to Karoo.
