Overview of the Account Settings screen on the Wemo App

The Account Settings section of the Wemo App allows you to make Wemo Account setting changes.

Name
Refers to the name you have associated to this account.  It is set during account creation.  Tap on this to make modifications.

Email
Refers to the email address associated to this account.  Tap this to edit or to use a different email address.

Password
This allows you to change your Wemo Account password.  You will need to know your current password to change this setting.  Otherwise, you can tap on Forgot Password to receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

Emails from Wemo
This allows you to receive promotional emails from Wemo®.  However, if you turn this option OFF, it will not impact Wemo's ability to send important account or security information to you.

Log Out
Tapping on this will log you out of the current Wemo Account and redirect you to the login screen.

Close Account

Tapping on this allows you to close your Wemo Account.  This will remove all Wemo devices from the Wemo Cloud Server and break all connections to third-party services.  The Wemo devices will still function as normal, following any rules assigned to them, but you will not be able to access or control them.  For instructions on how to do this, click here.
