An app is not required.  The earbuds can be set up with any Bluetooth audio-compatible device.

Step 4:
The indicator lights on the earbuds will alternate blue and white.

Step 5:
Close the lid.  The earbuds will now be back to factory defaults.

Yes.  You can activate Siri by pressing the left or right earbud for 2 seconds.

8.  Does it support Google® Assistant?

Yes.  You can activate the assistant by pressing the left or right earbud for 2 seconds.

9.  How fast does the Belkin AUC004 charge?
 
  • Earbuds:  It can be charged from 0 to 100% in as little as 90 minutes.  A 15-minute charge will give up to 2 hours of audio playback.
  • Case:  It can be charged from 0 to 100% in as little as 90 minutes. 

10.  How do I turn OFF the Belkin AUC004 earbuds?

Below are the three ways to turn OFF the Belkin AUC004:
 
  • Place the Belkin AUC004 earbuds back into the charging case.  This will keep them safe and charged and turned OFF as soon as the case is closed.
  • The earbuds will also turn OFF after a few minutes of inactivity if not connected to a device.
  • Turn OFF Bluetooth or disconnect your earbuds from the device.
