Can I use it with a non-MagSafe phone?	No. It is designed to be used with MagSafe-compatible phones only.
Can I use it with my phone case on?	It can be used with MagSafe-approved cases of up to 3 mm in thickness.
Can I charge non-AirPods wireless headphones with this device?	The device is designed for wireless charging for charging AirPods. While it is possible to charge wireless headphones with it, the base is designed for an AirPods case. Belkin cannot guarantee compatibility with other brands of wireless headphones.
Can I charge with the MagSafe wallet case on?	No. You need to remove the MagSafe wallet case before charging.
FUNCTIONALITY
Can the device charge more than one device at a time?	Yes, this device can wirelessly charge more than one device at a time.
Can it be used outdoors?	No. It is recommended for indoor use only.
How do I align my MagSafe-compatible iPhone to charge on the device?	The phone charging portion of the device uses an Apple®-approved MagSafe charger. This feature aligns your phone correctly for charging. When you place your iPhone on the charger, you will feel the magnets pulling your phone into proper alignment.
What orientations can I charge my iPhone on the device?	The charger allows you to charge your phone in portrait and landscape modes.
How do I remove my phone from the charger?	Your phone can be removed with one hand by grasping the top or bottom of your phone and using a peeling motion to release the magnetic hold. Due to the strong MagSafe magnetic connection, if you attempt to remove your phone by holding onto the middle of the phone and pulling it straight off, the charger may move if you will not grasp the base with one hand.
Does the MagSafe animation appear when connecting a MagSafe-compatible phone to charge on the device?	Your MagSafe-compatible iPhone should show the MagSafe charging animation when it is connected and placed on the charger and begins to charge.
How fast can it charge an Apple Watch?	It supports fast charging of Apple Watch series 7 and 8, charging from 0% to 80% in about 45 min with +/- 3 min tolerant (based on ambient temperature of 22°C to 24°C). Note that charge time excludes pre-charge time and the measurement starts when the Apple logo appears on the watch.
What is the viewing angle of the device?	Viewing angle can be adjusted from 0° (flat) to 70° (vertical).
