3.  Does this product come with a Connected Equipment Warranty (CEW)?

The Belkin BPB003 has a CEW of $2,500.

4.  Is the Belkin BPB003 MFi-certified?

No.

5.  Is the Belkin BPB003 USB-IF-certified?

Yes.

HARDWARE INFORMATION

1.  What USB ports are on this power bank?

The Belkin BPB003 has one USB-C port and two USB-A ports.

2.  What are the operating and storage temperatures for this product?

The Belkin BPB003 has operating temperatures of 0°C to 40°C under normal humidity with 10% to 90% relative humidity and storage temperatures of -40°C to 85°C with 5% to 95% relative humidity.

3.  How will I know the charge level left on the power bank?

The light indicators provide an approximation of how much charge is left in the power bank.  The number of lights lit corresponds to the following:
 

• Four lights:  75% to 100% charged
• Three lights:  50% to 75% charged
• Two lights:  25% to 50% charged
• One light:  25% or less charged

1.  What devices does Belkin BPB003 support?

The Belkin BP0003 is designed to work with Apple®, Samsung®, Google™, LG®, and Huawei™ devices that support USB-C and USB-A.  It has been tested for compatibility with the following:

FUNCTIONALITY

1.  What is the output of the USB-A ports?

If only one USB-A port is connected, then that port provides up to 12W (5V / 2.4A / 12W) to the device. 

However, if both USB ports are used, then the maximum power output of the power bank (15W) will be split between the two ports.  The ports will have a minimum output of 5W (5V / 1A / 5W) during this time but cannot exceed 15W combined.

2.  Can I charge a device using the USB-C™ port?

No.  The USB-C port is for input only.

3.  Can I charge a laptop with this power bank?

No.

4.  What power specifications are needed to charge the battery pack?

The USB-C port will need a minimum input of 10W (5V / 3A / 10W) to charge the battery pack.
