How to factory restore your Wemo Stage WSC010

Restoring the Wemo Stage Smart Scene Controller, WSC010 will erase all settings and place it back into a default factory state. It is not the same as rebooting because you will need to set up the device again. If you want to just reboot the Wemo WSC010, click here instead.

Step 1: Remove the back cover of the Wemo WSC010 using a thin object such as a flat head screwdriver.

Step 2: Locate the restore button. It is placed above the battery of the Wemo WSC010.

Step 3: Press and hold the restore button. The the status light on the front of the Wemo WSC010 will blink yellow. Continue holding for about 5 seconds until the status light starts blinking green. Once blinking green, you can release the button.

Step 4: Place the cover back on the Wemo WSC010 and snap it in place.

Once the factory restore is complete, the Wemo WSC010 will begin to blink yellow and green to signify it is in setup mode. You can either set it up again or remove the battery to power it down until you are ready to use it.
