This article will help you install the PRO2 KVM on a computer. Follow the instructions below to learn how:
Step 1:
Start up the computer you wish to connect to the PRO2 KVM. Ensure that the keyboard, monitor and mouse are directly connected to that computer.
Step 2:
After the operating system (OS) loads successfully, connect the PRO2 to the USB computer using the USB A-to-B cable that is part of your USB KVM Cable.
Step 3:
Your computer should recognize your PRO2 and automatically install the HID USB driver if necessary.
Step 4:
Once your computer finishes installing the USB driver, shut down your computer and disconnect the keyboard, monitor and mouse that are attached directly to the computer.
Step 5:
Restart the computer with the USB A-to-B cable connecting the PRO2 KVM to your computer.
Step 6:
Reconnect the keyboard, monitor and mouse to the console ports on the PRO2 KVM.
Your PRO2 KVM should be installed now.
