- Your AVC024 receiver (the small black device plugged into your TV's HDMI port)
- Your AVC024 transmitter (the small oval-shaped device you hold or plug in)
- A paperclip or pin

Locate and set up the receiver
Take your receiver and plug it into an available HDMI port on your TV or display. Make sure it is also connected to a power source via its USB cable.

Press the pairing button on the receiver
Using a straightened paperclip or a pin, insert it into the small circular hole on the receiver. Press and hold the button inside for 5 seconds. Do not let go until your TV screen changes.

Wait for the Pairing Mode screen
Your TV screen will display a "Pairing Mode" screen. Once you see the words "Ready to Pair" on the screen, release the button. Your receiver is now waiting for a transmitter to connect to it.

Plug the transmitter into your laptop or phone
Take your transmitter and plug it into your laptop or phone. This gives it the power it needs to complete the pairing. You do not need to do anything on your laptop or phone — just plug it in.

Press the pairing button on the transmitter
Flip the transmitter over. On the underside, you will see a button. Press and hold that button for 5 seconds.

Check that the pairing was successful
Once pairing is complete, your TV screen will go back to the normal startup screen. This means your transmitter and receiver are now successfully connected.
