Compatible w/ any modern macbooks for 4K-120Hz over HDMI 2.1? If not, should include fine print about that as the cable implies that it will work - to date no product seems to allow it.

It doesn't work for me and I'm using a 2021 MacBook Pro with M1 Pro and a monitor with HDMI 2.1 inputs.
