Rated 1 out of 5 by from Only one hdmi works I have brand new lenovo and as mentioned here only one hdmi works. I already replaced one thinderbolt but second has same issue. Usb are not working and only one hdmi is working. So what is the purpose of this device???

Rated 3 out of 5 by from doesn't work with Surface book 2 ordered it from Amazon, and i just realize that Surface Book 2 doesn't support Thunderbolt 3. for those that owns a Surface Book 2, please take note. unfair for me to make a rating since it's not supported in my device at all. only thing i could have comment is that the support should have taken a more proactive approach to advice me that Surface book 2 does not support thunderbolt, instead of replying me "if the device supports thunderbolt3, it should work fine".

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works well with Macbook, mostly works with Windows For the folks who have issues driving two monitors with this dock, the issue is likely in the Thunderbolt host controller on your laptop supports an older DisplayPort standard (1.2), which isn't really a fault of this dock. In my experience, the dock works very well with my 2019 15" MacBook Pro. I can drive my 4k and 1080p monitors at the same time, along with ethernet and both USB ports reliably. On the same laptop under Windows (with BootCamp) the story is different -- both monitors work reliably, but to get the USB ports to work, I have to unplug and replug the dock multiple times until it eventually works. Otherwise Windows gives a notification saying one of the USB devices has malfunctioned, without much additional info. For what it's worth, it also works well on my Thinkpad P1 Gen2, also running Windows, so I'm not sure where the Macbook issue really lies.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dual screen does not work Bought this for 1 purpose only, to get dual screens when working from my company laptop. Should have read here before that it does not work as intended. Because it is simply not working. Only 1 screen works, the other one goes into power save mode. So if a product does not work for the 1 purpose I bought it for it gets 1 star. Didn't check with the network or USB yet as I have no use for them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from QUALITY Thunderbolt 3 Hub with good features This will truly drive 4K displays at 60Hz on any Thunderbolt 3 enabled machine. While the price is not low, it is the lowest-priced item I've seen which supports dual 4K@60Hz through HDMI. Physically, the hub feels high quality, much better than the sub-$50 dongles all over Amazon. Some people have mentioned USB not working, but that is because in some systems you need to change the Thunderbolt 3 security settings you have in you BIOS for that to work. I was able to get the displays and USB ports to work 100% fine in a Lenovo Carbon X1 v6 using Linux (after a change in the BIOS TB3 security settings) and a Dell XPS 13 9360 using Windows 10 (which worked out of the box). I have not tried the included Ethernet adapter. Only thing that would be a noticeable improvement IMO would be for it to have power delivery.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No good Similar to the other reviews here, plain doesn't work. Ethernet works, 1 screen works. USB ports don't work. Plug in 2nd screen, doesn't work, oh now the Ethernet's not working. Can't get 2 screens working at all (only 1080p) but unplug 1st screen, now the 2nd works. Tried on brand new Lenovo T590 and a Mac Pro 13.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn’t work at all Tried to use this to connect 2 LG 29WN600-W monitors tp a Dell Latitude 7490 Running Windows 10 and the laptop won’t even boot up. Very disappointed. Need to purchase a better docking station.
