CUSTOMER RATINGS AND REVIEWS
These Terms of Use apply whenever you submit any content in relation to the Belkin Customer Ratings and Review service (the CRR Service). The CRR Service is offered by Belkin International, Inc., a Delaware corporation having its principal place of business at 555 Aviation Boulevard, Suite 180, El Segundo, CA 90245, USA, and our group companies around the world (Belkin, us or we). You will find contact details where you can reach us at www.belkin.com/us/support.
In addition to these Terms of Use, when you provide personal information to Belkin, the Belkin Privacy Policy will apply, and if there is any inconsistency between these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, the terms of the Privacy Policy will prevail.
We normally aim to publish content within two to four business days after it is submitted for the CRR Service, but we don’t guarantee to do so.
Please read the remainder of these Terms of Use, the CRR Service Do’s and Don’ts, and our rights over content which you submit, before you decide to submit any content for the CRR Service.
CRR Service “Do’s”
- Any content which you submit must reflect your honest opinion.
- You must only submit content for the CRR Service if you own all the intellectual property rights in that content, or if you have permission from the owner to do so.
- You must waive any rights that you have in the content, including “moral rights”.
- You confirm that the content that you post is accurate and is not misleading or false.
- You must be at least 13 years old, or of an age where it is lawful for you to submit the content to Belkin in your country or state of residence, if that is older.
CRR Service “Do Not’s”
- You must not submit content for the CRR Service if it would be unlawful for you to do so in your country or state of residence.
- You must not submit content for the CRR Service if it is defamatory or inflammatory, or which expresses or is likely to cause or promote hatred for anyone based on their race, ethnicity or nationality, sexual orientation, gender or gender identity, religion, age or disability.
- You must not invade anyone’s privacy or submit content which includes anyone’s personal or private information.
- You must not submit any content for which you have been compensated, or promised compensation of any type or in any way.
Belkin’s Rights
- We have the perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable rights to use, modify, publish, translate, or incorporate any content which you submit to the CRR Service into any other form, medium or technology, throughout the world.
- We are not obliged to publish any content which you submit and if we do so, we may condense, edit or change it.
- We may delete content at any time after we first publish it, for any reason including if we consider that it breaches these Terms of Use.
