Resetting the Belkin AUC010 can help resolve issues that you're currently experiencing. To do this, follow these instructions:

1. On your mobile device, go to Settings > Bluetooth and remove SoundForm Motion from the list.

2. Locate the touch-sensitive buttons on your earbuds then press and hold the buttons for 10 seconds.

3. Wait for the earbud lights to turn solid.

You should now have successfully reset the Belkin AUC010. To pair the earbuds with your device, go to Settings > Bluetooth, look for SoundForm Motion on the list of Bluetooth® devices, and then tap on it.Â
