The Belkin Lightning Audio + Charge RockStar™, F8J198 supports Lightning headphones, thus is compatible with the Belkin G3H0001. However, the Belkin 3.5 mm Audio + Charge RockStar™, F8J212 is not compatible as it does not support Lightning headphones.

5.  What do I do if this product does not fit in my ears correctly?

The rubber earbud tips on the Belkin G3H0001 are removable. Included in the package are three sizes that will fit most ears. If the earbuds still do not fit, you can purchase replacement earbud tips from a retailer that are better suited for your ear size.

FUNCTIONALITY

1.  Is the Belkin G3H0001 wireless?

No.

2.  What version of Bluetooth® does the Belkin G3H0001 use?

The Belkin G3H0001 is not wireless and therefore does not use Bluetooth to connect to your phone or tablet.

7.  What does it mean if the product is water-resistant?

It means the Belkin G3H0001 can be used in situations where the user might perspire, or might get slightly wet such as running in the rain. However, it is not waterproof - which means you cannot use it in the shower or in a pool.

8.  Does the Belkin G3H0001 have an associated control app?

No. The Belkin G3H0001 does not have a control app.

9.  How do I replace the earbud tips?

The earbud tips can be easily removed from the earpiece by grasping the earpiece and gently pulling the rubber earbud tips off.

To attach the new earbud tips, grasp the earpiece and gently press the rubber earbud tip on to the earbud chamber.

10.  How do I tell which ear the headphones should be placed in?

The Belkin G3H0001 has easily identifiable L and R markings on each of the earbuds. Additionally, the right ear piece has a concave back while the left has a convex back.

11.  How does the cable management work?

There is a U-shaped clip where the cable splits to go to each earpiece. This clip is designed to snugly hold one of the earpieces when using a single earpiece and helps keep the earpiece that is not being used from hanging freely or being damaged.

12. How will I know if I am wearing the headphones the wrong way?

You will know when you notice the earbud tip portion is facing backward (instead of forward). Each ear piece is angled in a way that it only fits comfortably in a single ear.
