Bought two USB-C Audio + Charge Adapters
Although it work as expected. And will only a limited voltage pass through; The internal electrics soak up a significant amount of the provided voltage. So, keep your IPAD on a lower brightness level. Or use a large charger; It will not provide full voltage pass through as was previously stated. Also, I have had TWO adapters come apart next to the UBC connection.
The plastic sleeves next to the UBC connection is built in two parts. Twice it has come apart. Can’t be glued.
One broken adapter. Belkin only would honor my warranty until I shipped $16. (Shipping cost) to the service department. It will work as described but with these limitations.

no power from splitter
I bought this to use as a spltter charger. I have a port on a lamp .Plugged this in expecting it to charge my iphone and computer with lightning cables, it will not power to either. I can power without the splitter but get nothing with the spltter. What am i doing wrong

Excellent piece of hardware.
Excellent adapter, I used few differents one and they all heats up and make me disconnected then do to the danger of fire. But the Belkin adapter keeps normally well.

I have tried this with my iPad Mini6. The audio still comes through the iPad speakers and NOT the headphones. I purchased it from Amazon. Amazon now has a warning that says: Please use a USB-C PD C-C cable to work with iPad mini6. Where can I get that?

Does this increase the volume? Will it drain battery faster? Have a Samsung Galaxy tab S7 with Asus ROG Cetra 2 USB c type ear buds. Self powered amplifier with USB c audio output would work. Thanks for the help.
