Setting up the Belkin Thunderbolt™ 3 Express Dock HD with 2.6 ft / 0.8 m Cable, F4U095

The Belkin Thunderbolt™ 3 Express Dock HD with 2.6 ft / 0.8 m Cable, F4U095 is an all-in-one docking solution that connects all your peripherals and powers your computer with a single cable.  This article will guide you on how to install the Belkin F4U095.
 
NOTE:  Before connecting the
Belkin F4U095, please make sure your host device (laptop or desktop computer) has the latest Mac® OS X® updates.  Visit the host device manufacturer website to make sure you have the latest updates.
 
Step 1:
Attach the AC power cord for your country/region into the included power supply unit.

 
Step 2:
Plug the power supply into the electrical outlet.
 
Step 3:
Plug the power supply into the
Belkin F4U095 with the cable.
 
NOTE:  Before connecting the dock to your computer, connect all your preferred devices to the ethernet, audio, USB 3.0, DisplayPort™, and Thunderbolt 3 ports.  You may use one of the Thunderbolt 3 ports for your devices but make sure that the remaining Thunderbolt port must be left open to connect the dock to your computer.
 
Step 4:
Connect one end of the Thunderbolt cable into the open Thunderbolt 3 port on the dock.
 
Step 5:
Plug the other end of the cable into your computer.
 
Step 6:
Turn ON your Mac
computer.  If it is on standby mode, you will need to restart it.
