Performing a factory restore does not remove the speaker from your Google Home™ account. This will be done separately. For instructions on removing your speaker from a group with your Google Home app, click here.
NOTE: Performing a factory restore will erase all settings on the speaker. This is not the same as rebooting your speaker though. For help on rebooting your speaker, click here.
Locating the reset button
The reset button is located on the bottom of the Belkin SOUNDFORM ELITE next to the DC power jack.

How to perform a factory restore
To restore the Belkin SOUNDFORM ELITE, ensure that it is plugged into a power outlet.
Press and hold the reset button.
NOTE: You will need a small object such as a pen or paperclip to push in the reset button.
Step 2:
The four status lights on the front of the speaker will light yellow, and the Google Assistant™ voice will inform you that you are about to restore the speaker.
Continue holding the reset button and observe the lights on the front of the speaker. The light will turn to yellow one by one to indicate that you are performing a factory restore.
NOTE: You can cancel the restore process at any time by simply releasing the reset button.
Step 4:
Once all four lights are lit orange, the speaker is ready to perform the factory restore. You can now release the reset button.
The speaker will reboot itself to complete the restore. Once complete, the speaker will prompt you to use the Google Home app to set up the Belkin SOUNDFORM ELITE.
The factory restore is now complete.
