Controlling the speaker using the physical controls
The Belkin SOUNDFORM ELITE features touch-sensitive controls on the top of the unit. These can be used to control the speaker without interaction with an app.
NOTE: Even though the controls are on a single speaker, certain controls can control multiple speakers if the speaker is part of a speaker group.

| Control | Description | 
| Bluetooth® | This button enables Bluetooth functionality of the speaker. Holding this button down for 3 seconds will place the speaker into pairing mode. | 
| Volume down | The volume down button lowers the volume level of the speaker.  The volume level will be displayed via the status lights on the front of the speaker. 
 | 
| Play/Pause | This button will pause or continue the audio playback on the speaker, speaker group. | 
| Volume up | This button raises the volume level of the speaker.  The volume level will be displayed via the status lights on the front of the speaker. 
 | 
| Microphone ON/OFF | This button toggles the built-in microphones to turn ON or OFF.  The status of the microphones are shown using the status lights on the front panel of the speaker.
