Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lackluster Support Works just fine so long as you have all original pieces of the kit. Belkin support does not offer to sell replacement chargers and have been unhelpful in recommending a suitable replacement. Be prepared to try ordering random cables with no idea if they will work if any go missing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Higher resolution would make it stand out If this product supported 4K for the external monitors, it would really stand out and I would give it a 5 star rating, as all of the other functionalities work very well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Only supports 1080 on MBP M1 Really horrible experience with the 2 different Belkin docks I have had so far. This one only supports 1080 in 60Hz on the MBP M1.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't work We have tried several monitors on our new Macbook Air 13". None of them worked. We also tried a Windows Lenovo ideapad 710S, but it only had a micro HDMI whereas the inputs to this device are either a USB3.1 Type A and Type B. We couldn't find a suitable adapter.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from One cable to rule them all Pros: - It's great to be able to a single cable hooked up to my MacBook Pro that can handle power, video, network and peripherals. - Being able to have three screens at once (2 external + laptop screen) is really helpful. I can have Outlook, Slack, etc running on the side monitors while using the central monitor for actual work. - Very compact, leaves more room on my desk. - Was able to hook up an additional USB3 Hub with no problems. (I've had issues using a hub with other USB-C docks.) Cons: - On the Mac, you do need to install the DisplayLink software, which has to be running in the background for any connected monitors to work. It runs in the menu bar so at least it's not taking up space in the dock, but it would be great if it wasn't necessary. - Sometimes windows get resized really tiny when plugging or unplugging the dock. Hopefully software improvements will fix this issue.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This was not a WOW for me The product worked mostly, and I was satisfied with the overall amount of ports. Unfortunately, there are many other docks on the market that are more visually appealing and make leaving the unit on your desk more of an option. I also think that, while there are SOME front-facing ports, it would have been nice to see a few more and perhaps even a card reader. I don't think the order or placement of some of the ports makes all too much sense.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just What I Needed It took me a little while to review the Belkin USB-C Dock. I waited because I wanted to install Windows 10 so Turbo Tax would work. Using the USB-C Dock allowed me to take advantage of having more than one monitor to work from. Having to switch between applications can be problematic. The Belkin USB-C Dock was fairly easy to setup. I didn’t have a USB-C port on my laptop, so I used the USB-C cable that came with my phone to attach it to a USB 3.0 port. Windows 10 recognized all of the devices on the dock without issue. I didn’t need to download any drivers. I’ve had no problems with it so far. It’s been able to stream HD movies using the Ethernet and HDMI ports without any noticeable flicker or lag. NOTE: If you decide to use a USB-C to USB-A cable like I did make sure it is a data cable and not just a charging cable. Some phone charging cables have on two wires in the cable for supplying power to the phone instead of the 4 wires required for power and to communicate with a computer. If you’re not sure which one you have, connect your USB-C device (in my case, a phone) to the computer using the cable. If it doesn’t see the device, it might be the wrong type.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great USB-C Dual Display Docking Station I got this a couple of weeks ago and its an amazing product, having 2 USB ports, 2 HDMI ports, 1 headset port, and even a key lock feature. the product comes with usb-c cable that is great. i was able to set it up with out any hassles Overall i liked the product, its performance and quality. All the things missing from my device are now available to connect to the outside world. It is very nice to be able to charge my laptop while connected to two monitors. Great Product.

I just bought a Mac mini Pro and I would like to know if my Belkin Dual Display USB-C dock, used previously with a MacBook Air, can be used?

Asked by: hORsANtiers
Hi hORsANtiers. The dock is designed to work with laptops that support USB-C connections. For charging, the computer must support charging over USB-C. It should work with your MacBook as long as it offers USB-C connection.

Is it possible to drive a UWQHD screen at 3440x1440 when in single display mode? Is it required to install the DisplayLink Software when using the docking station in single display mode?

Asked by: GAPDH
Hi! Without installing the DisplayLink software, you will not be able to use the external monitor functionality of the dock. Also, the Belkin INC002 supports up to 1080P at 60 Hz on each port.

I can use a 2.0 HDMI cable to connect both screens or do I have to use only 1.4 HDMI instead? also let me know the maximum resolution for connecting only one display and which cable can be used 1.4 or 2.0 HDMI ?

Asked by: Mohamed Mohamed
Hi, Mohamed. The Belkin INC002 supports up to 1080P at 60 Hz on each HDMI 1.4 ports, and may work with 2.0 HDMI. It can be also used with computers that do not charge over USB-C for multiple displays. The dock and computer will negotiate the charging. Since your computer cannot support charging over USB-C the dock will not try to charge your computer.
