They were bought from an online store and came with a defect, the left headset won't stay charged! They were returned and I got my money back even though they wanted me to exchange them to use them!

Good sound dead battery
The sound is great, at least compared to other earphones I’ve had. That being said the fit is pretty good , can’t say how good because I haven’t messed with all the size fittings. Problem that I’ve had left earphone lasts one song due to battery and right somewhat better. These were made in April 22 so they sat around for a year and a half. Still no excuse because way older units I have still perform well on a single charge. Furthermore, the instruction manual (hard copy) should have words instead of pictures that can be confusing. The online instructions in the app are fine. Now to get a replacement, let’s see how long that takes.

Do the buds have an autopause feature when you take either out of your ear?
Yes, CM21967. The earbuds has an auto pause feature where it will stop playing when you pull them out from your ears, and start again when you put them back.
