How to perform a factory reset on the Belkin Auto-Tracking Stand Pro with DockKit, MMA008

Last Updated: February 20, 2024

If you run into any performance or usage issues while using your Belkin Auto-Tracking Stand Pro with DockKit, MMA008, a factory reset may be of help. A factory reset will remove any paired devices from the Belkin Stand Pro, requiring the pairing process to be repeated.

IMPORTANT: Before attempting a factory reset, ensure that any iPhone® is removed from the MagSafe® pad and that the Belkin MMA008 is turned on. A factory reset can be done while the Belkin MMA008 is plugged into an external power source or on battery.

The reset button can be found at the bottom of the Belkin MMA008. Press and hold the reset button for at least 6 seconds. The status L.E.D. on the front of the Belkin MMA008 under the Belkin logo will begin flashing amber to indicate that restoration was successful. Release the reset button after the light starts flashing.

When finished with the restoration process, the Belkin MMA008 status L.E.D. will begin flashing white slowly to indicate it is unpaired and ready to be set up.
