Step 1: Launch the Wemo App and tap Log In.
Step 2: Tap on Forgot Password.
Step 2: Tap on Forgot Password.
Step 3: Enter the email address associated to the account with the password that you want to reset. Tap Send Email to continue.
A confirmation will pop up to let you know a password reset email has been sent.
Step 4: Check the email from "do_not_reply@Wemo.com" with a link to reset your password. Select Reset my password to visit the reset password website.
Step 5: On the reset password website, select Reset Password to continue. If you don’t want to reset your password at this time, simply close out the web browser tab.
Step 6: Enter a new password that is at least 10 characters in length. Hit Save to continue.
You will receive a confirmation prompt. You can now close out the website and log in using the Wemo App.
