I can only pair one Belkin PAC003 earbud to my phone or tablet

Scenario:

"I can only pair one earbud to my phone or tablet."

Solution:

First check if both earbuds are charged.  If you can still only pair one earbud to your phone or tablet, you can reset the earbuds to factory default settings.  Follow the steps below, to learn how:

 
Step 1:
The reset can be done by pressing and holding the touch-sensitive pads on both earbuds for 10 seconds and then releasing them when the indicator lights turn OFF.

Step 2:
After the reset, set your earbuds to pairing mode by pressing and holding the touch-sensitive pads on each earbud for 2 seconds.

Step 3:
Once the earbuds are on pairing mode, turn ON the Bluetooth® on your mobile device to search for the earbuds and begin pairing.
