"I am unable to pair the earbuds out of the box."
Solution:
If you are unable to pair the earbuds out of the box, you first need to ensure that the earbuds are in pairing mode before you proceed with the process of pairing.
If you just purchased the earbuds, simply open the charging case and remove the earbuds from it. The indicator lights on the earbuds will alternate between blue and white.
