How to change the Name of your Wemo Account

During your Wemo Account setup, you were prompted to give a nickname for your account.  If you would like to change that name, it can be done easily through the Wemo App.

NOTE:  Steps and images may vary depending on your device's operating system.  In the example below, an iOS device is used. 

Step 1:  Log in to your Wemo Account.  To learn how, click here.

Step 2:  In the Wemo App, tap on More

NOTE:  If you are using an Android™ device, tap on the gear icon located at the upper-left corner of the App.

Step 3:  Under My Acccount, tap on your account.

Step 4:  Tap on Name.

Step 5:  Enter the new name you want and tap Save.

The Account Settings page should now reflect your Wemo Account's new Name.
