- Ensure that your smartphone or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi as the speaker
- Ensure that the speaker is powered ON and connected to a Wi-Fi
- If you have not set up a speaker yet, tap Add Device on the app
Troubleshooting to try:
- Reboot the speaker
- Close and reopen the Belkin SOUNDFORM app
- Disconnect and reconnect your smartphone or tablet from the Wi-Fi
- Reboot your smartphone or tablet
