The Belkin Easy Transfer Cable allows you to transfer files between two (2) computers. As soon as the software is successfully installed you can start transferring your files from one computer to another.
Step 1:
Ensure that the source and destination have similar partitions.
Step 2:
Launch the Windows Easy Transfer utility and go through the installation process.
Step 3:
Once the What do you want to transfer to your new computer? screen appears, click Advanced options.
Step 4:
Select the files or folders to be transferred and click Transfer.
Step 5:
Select the user account on the source and destination computer and then click Next.
NOTE: When you create a new account, the password will not be transferred. You need to create a new password during the first login on the destination computer.
Step 6:
Once the You're ready to transfer files and settings to your new computer message appears, go to the destination computer then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the transfer.
