Setting Up Your Stage PowerGrip
Before using your Stage PowerGrip for the first time, make sure that the device is fully charged and that your phone or case supports MagSafe or magnetic attachment.
You can charge your Stage PowerGrip in two ways:

Option 1: Use the attached retractable USB-C cable located underneath the Stage PowerGrip device.

Option 2: Use your own USB-C cable.
Make sure you connect to a power source rated above 20W for optimal charging.
Set Up Bluetooth Connection
- Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds until the indicator light turns on.
- On your smartphone, go to Settings → Bluetooth.
- Turn Bluetooth on if it is off.
- Select “Stage PowerGrip” from the list of available devices.
- When connected, the indicator light stays on. Your Stage PowerGrip is paired and ready to use.
Reset Bluetooth Connection
If pairing fails or you want to connect the product to a different phone, follow the steps below to reset the Bluetooth connection.
- On your phone, open Bluetooth settings. Find Stage PowerGrip in the list and tap Forget or Remove. Then turn Bluetooth off.
- Press and hold the power button on your Stage PowerGrip for 8 seconds until the indicator light flashes.
- Turn Bluetooth back on and repeat the Bluetooth setup steps to reconnect.
Attach Your Phone Securely
- Place your phone (or MagSafe-compatible case) onto the magnetic mount.
- Check that the phone attaches firmly and does not slide or fall off.
- If the grip feels weak, reposition your phone or switch to a compatible magnetic case before you continue.
Charging Your Phone Wirelessly Using The Stage PowerGrip
- Attach your phone with magnetic charging compatibility to the back of the PowerGrip.
- Press the top button (power button) to activate wireless charging.
- Double-click the top button to deactivate wireless charging.
IMPORTANT
When handling the PowerGrip with your phone attached, hold it firmly around the edges.
Do not hold the device through the magnetic contact or press on the middle of the attachment area. This can weaken the magnetic hold and may cause the phone to shift or drop.
Keep metal items away from the charging area. Do not set coins, keys, rings, or other metal objects on the charger.
